I hope you all are enjoying/enjoyed your Thanksgiving holiday! Who all is prepping their fingers for some online Black Friday shopping??
Ella Ann Cosmetics is releasing their four Octopus Party Nail Lacquer polishes for pre-order at 10:00pm EST and it will run till Sunday, November 27th at 10:00pm EST. I've got the swatches of those pretties to share with you tonight!
First up: Amulet
Amulet is a beautiful gold microflakie and holo glitterbomb, opaque in 2-3 coats (I'm wearing 3).
Next up: Edge of Velveteen
Edge of Velveteen is a lovely berry plink holo, opaque in 2 coats.
Next up: On the Frocks
On the Frocks is a fun blue iridescent glitter topper, shown here in one coat over "You, Me, and Daiquiri" by OPNL and "Cynthia" by Zoya.
And finally we have: Stag Party
Stag Party is a very deep, dark chocolate brown holo, opaque in 2 coats.
These are all so gorgeous!! Though On The Frocks takes my heart, as the glitters reflect in a way that reminds me of bio-luminescence in the waters of Puget Sound :)
You can get these HERE right now!! Will you be snagging any of these pretties?

Model City Polish Summer Collection
***Press Sample***
I feel like this year has been treating me well so far with regards to opportunities to work with indies I've wanted to work with since finding them. Today, I get to check another favorite indie off my Indie Swatcher Bucket List, and that is Model City Polish!
Model City Polish is a brand I've been following since almost the beginning of my blogging adventures. I think I've purchased at least 1 color from every collection/release she's produced in the last 2+ years. She has some seriously amazing polish!!
So it's no surprise I squealed so hardcore that the neighbor's dogs went nuts when I got a message from the creator asking if I'd like to swatch her upcoming Summer collection :D Hell to the yes!! And I am happy to share it with you today!!!
For this year's summer collection, she took the "neon" craze in a more sparkly/shimmery/holographic direction so that these beauties would sparkle both indoors and outdoors. All of them are named after some of her favorite poolside tunes - and they happen to be some of my favorite driving songs :P Let's get right to them!
*Note: All of the swatches are shown in 2 coats with topcoat, shot in indirect evening sunlight.
First up: Boys of Summer
Boys of Summer is a bright sky blue blend with holographic pigment and ultra holo glitter. This one is my second favorite in the collection - the blue is really much brighter in person than any camera could capture.
Next up: California Girls
California Girls is a bright bubblegum pink holographic with holo glitters throughout. This shade is one of the few of pink that I like, and I actually think it looks alright with my skintone.
Next: Cruel Summer
Cruel Summer is a nice bright nude orange holographic with holographic glitters. This polish was such a unique blending, it's one of the better oranges I've seen on the market!
Next: Sunglasses at Night
Surfer Girl is a beautiful bright purple holo with ultra holo glitter throughout. This one is definitely a must for all the purple polish lovers out there :D
And lastly we have: Working for the Weekend
Working for the Weekend is a fantastic bright money green holo with ultra holo glitter throughout - my third favorite in the whole collection, because it's such a perfect bright green without being too lime-like in color.
Overall this collection is fabulous!! The formula is super smooth, dry time is very quick, and the colors are all spot-on!
And...
THEY WATERMARBLE!
How freakin' awesome is that?!! The watermarbling detail was lost in this photo since I decided to do it over the dark Sunglasses at Night as opposed to a lighter/white color, but it still stood out, just more in person :D
Each of these polishes will be available today at 7pm CST!! Here are some links for you:

Faeries & Folklore - May's "Myth of the Month"
***Press Sample***
Faeries & Folklore has come out with another fun Myth of the Month polish, but this one will be around from May through July, and it is quite unique!! It is a creature that came out of her own mind :D It is called the Nessraffisaur!
It's like a Lochness, Giraffe, and Dinosaur all had a good time together and this was the result :P I think it's pretty fun!! Pictured above is the sticker she is including in all orders of Nessraffisaur (while supplies last - make sure you order ASAP to secure one!!) :D
But what I like more is the polish she created for it!! Let's check out the swatches!
Nessraffisaur is a gorgeous turquoise-green crelly packed with holographic and purple metallic flakies. Opaque in 2 easy coats and dries to a slightly textured finish, so I would definitely recommend a super shiny topcoat.
And of course I mattified it, because it's a flakie. Matte ALL the flakies!!
This is definitely my favorite Myth of the Month polish yet - the color is so vibrant in real life that it's almost a washed out neon! Love it!
Nessraffisaur will launch today at 5pm CST - here's where you can snag one and follow the brand:

Le Polish - A Christmas Trio
***Press Sample***
The movie A Christmas Story is a staple in my family. Every year we would watch it in December (usually on Christmas Day), and even now that I'm married living with my own little family, I still watch this movie, every year. Not only do we all love this classic film - my mom and I were also in the stage play for community theatre years ago :) She played the Mom and I played the teacher ^_^ It was fun! We even had a Legendary, Official Red Rider 200-shot Carbine-Action Range Model Air Rifle with a compass and this thing which tells time built right into the stock ;)
So you can imagine how excited I was when Le Polish asked me to swatch her Christmas Story Trio!
Let's get to the swatches!
First up: Fra-gee-lay
Fra-gee-lay is a glowing yellow full of scattered holo, shimmer, and black flakies. I am wearing two coats in the photos above with an accent nail of a hand painted Leg Lamp, the inspiration for the polish.
Next: You'll Shoot Your Eye Out

You'll Shoot Your Eye Out is a silver holo with holographic glitters. I am wearing two coats in the photos above with a hand painted accent nail of a pair of broken glasses, from the part of the movie where Ralphie, you guessed it, shot his eye out :P
Lastly: I Can't Put My Arms Down
I Can't Put My Arms Down is a vibrant red packed with scattered holo and shimmer. I am wearing ONE coat in the photos above with a hand painted accent nail of Randy's silhouette in the infamous snowsuit his mother put him in, in such thick layers that he couldn't put his arms down :D
This trio launched today and you can purchase each polish individually or all three at a discount! Here are some links for you:
Today, for Black Friday, Le Polish also has a discount code OHFUDGE20 for 20% off your order! And if you purchase all 3 polishes in this trio, you get a FREE Limited Edition polish!! Aww yeah!
Will you be picking any of these up today??
