To Have and To Holo

***Press Sample***

Monday.

Source: Here

Let's not dwell on the downers - let's talk instead about an absolutely amazing new stamping polish from M Polish called "To Have and To Holo."

Oh yes, no poop about it - this is a HOLOGRAPHIC STAMPING POLISH.  Not a holographic nail polish that just happens to stamp - oh no.  This baby is a holo STAMPING polish, and let me tell you, it's just as impressive as previous M Polish stampers - but more stunning, and good for the soul, because it's Holoooooooooooooo!!!

LOOK AT IT!!!!!!!!!

Pardon me while I wipe the drool off my face.

Sun shot - the Holo Gods are pleased with this one.

I just...I can't even, this polish is just perfect.  Easy application, smooth, transferred with no trouble - at this point, it's the same old song and dance as all other M Polishes.  Perfection <3

For my mani I did a base of Orly "Teal Unreal" and stamped over it using an image from my MoYou London Pro Plate 05.  The charm on my middle finger is from Ali Express, and I added the peacock feather behind it - I have a bunch from a farmer that has a free-range roamin' peacock on her property.

Seriously, if you don't want this polish, we need to have a chat...in a room, with a professional, like a therapist.  Or a neurologist.

Currently, To Have and To Holo is out of stock, but according to the update on the shop's page, after pre-orders are all finished shipping out, she is hoping to re-stock by the end of the month, which is like two weeks away.  You can like the Facebook Page or (better yet) join the Fan Group for more updates on this polish and future polishes.

So...you're getting this, right??

Polish was sent to me by the maker for art and a review.  Opinions and experiences with the polish are my own and remain 100% honest.

Leadlighting

I tried out a new (to me) technique last week, and I loved the end result so much, that I didn't take my nail polish off for two and a half days!!!  That's saying something!

This technique is called "Leadlighting" and there's lots of different ways to do it.  The method I used was putting on a white base color using "Baptism" by Octopus Party Nail Lacquer, stamping an image over that using my black MoYou Nails polish and an image from Born Pretty Store plate number 04, as well as an image from one of my Harry Potter HeHe plates.  I then used blue, green, and purple Soap Bubbles (tinted nail polish) by Esmaltes Da Kelly.  Here is the result:

Pardon the air bubbles - damn you, Phoenix heat!!

I loved how this turned out!!  The colors meshed beautifully together and definitely gave it the Peacock feel ^_^  Now that I've done this technique and I know it looks pretty fantastic, I'll most definitely be playing around with it some more!

Have you ever used this technique before?  What do you think of this look?
